Speedback’s AI chats enables patients and caregivers to access a 24/7 AI chatbot as a companion for health education. With multi-lingual and voice support, patients and caregivers speaking different languages are able to have their questions answered, and only escalate more complex questions requiring clinical judgement to care teams.
Research is ongoing with public health institutions in Singapore to validate use of an AI chatbot in increasing uptake of screening for colorectal cancer and breast cancer, as well as cancer screening.

Speedback is partnering with the National Cancer Centre Singapore to improve the management of hereditary cancer syndromes. The new approach changes the outreach model from a proband-dependent system (i.e. relying on the affected individual to inform their family members about potential genetic risks) to a personalized programmatic activation pathway. This increases cascade testing rates among at-risk family members, stratifies individuals by risk levels, and empowers high-risk individuals with options for cancer screening and prevention.
With Speedback, clinicians can prescribe personalised programmatic activation pathways (including education, outreach, and follow-ups) that systematically engage individuals and their family members for genetic testing and further risk management. This creates potential for a truly personalised, predictive, and precise way to increase genetic testing uptake, contributing to healthcare cost savings through more effective cancer risk management at the population level.
